The first floor of Marche at Midtown is occupied by two thrilling companies. The first tenant was F45 Training, who opened their doors in October of 2020. F45 is an international fitness community specializing in innovative, high intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and result driven! This was an excitinhg start for Marche at Midtown bringing in hundreds of fresh faces to the community.

Our second tenant was a local concept, Vino Beano, who opened for business in February 2022. Vino Beano brings both the coffee and wine scene together with lattes, espresso, fresh pastries and sandwiches during the day, and wine, signature cocktails, flatbreads, and games at night. It's the perfect place to grab your morning treat, have an afternoon conference meeting, or sing along to live music at night. What more could you ask for?

The newest tenant on site is The Hub Co-Working space. This business occupies both the second and third floor of Marche at Midtown with co-working space, private offices, conference rooms, networking events, and more to ensure the success of small businesses and young professionals. They offer a wide variety of membership options to fit everyone's needs, and provide the resources and environment to thrive and grow. We love seeing a community of like-minded professionals and cannot wait to learn more!

Finally, we have a new build-out taking place on the 4th and 5th floors that will be announced later this year. We are immensely proud of all the hard work and progress that has developed in this building since the opening, and are tickled to see what's to come!
