Businesses are OPEN at Capital Hill Plaza!

Capital Hill Plaza sits on Capital Circle NE in Tallahassee, Florida, in between Centerville and Lonnbladh Rd. This long awaited town plaza has 8 new buildings, with 3 being open for business and 2 others that have broken ground!

The first to open was Dukin Donuts - a fan favorite of Tallahassee locals. Doors opened in May this year, and with a 20 car stack it has been the go-to spot to get mornings started right! Following Dunkin was Avis Car Rentals, and with football season right around the corner we know it will be a common stop for weekend travelers. The third to open was a multi-tenant building housing Lavish Nails salon and spa, Hazel Sky Smoke Shop, and a drive thru Smoothie King. All three opened their doors in August and we are so excited to see how business booms!

A fourth building, contracted by HTeaO, is currently under construction and slated to open later this year. HTeaO is a national tea company that originated in Texas, and the community is highly anticipating its opening! In addition to HTeaO, Cube Smart is also under construction. It is not slated to open until the end of year 2024, but we have broken ground!

There are currently 3 pads still available at this plaza:

• 2,800 - 5,600 sf free standing building with a double drive thru. This can be one or two floors and would be best built out as a bank site
• Up to 9,000 sf of a free standing restaurant site
• 8,000 sf in-line retail/flex use building
  
  

Capital Circle NE is one of the busiest roads in the are with a traffic count of 65,000 +/- cars per day. The area itself has been quickly up and coming with the addition of Canopy Master Community - a 500 acre development project with hundreds of residential units, apartments, a town center, an assisted living facility, church site, a medical campus provided by TMH, and much more. Capital Hill Plaza sits just across from this master development and is already a staple of the community. We are ecstatic to watch the new growth in the area and continue to be a part of it!
